Who We Serve

One Platform, Tailored for Your Mission

The Challenge

More jobseekers to support. More competition to outmatch.

Caseloads keep growing. Employers got more selective. Counselors still spend hours formatting resumes, and directors still have to show funders what the caseload produced.

3+ Hrs

Staff time spent per jobseeker

A tailored resume, cover letter, and interview prep still take 3+ hours per jobseeker. Multiply that across a growing caseload and coaching time disappears right as openings get more competitive.

33%

Applications meet basic requirements

Only 1/3 of documents produced by workforce teams meet the standards employers and ATS systems require. Jobseekers are leaving coaching appointments with materials that often never get a look.

150

Average caseload per counselor

The number of jobseekers each counselor is supporting keeps growing while staffing stays flat. And the increased pool of candidates is competing for fewer vacancies in a more crowded market.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions from workforce programs

What is RS Works?

RS Works is an AI career platform for workforce development programs and nonprofits. Jobseekers get resumes, cover letters, interview practice, and a career plan. Staff get progress and outcome reporting from one login. Career centers, public agencies, and outplacement teams use the same tools.

Who is RS Works for?

Workforce development programs and nonprofits: the teams with a caseload and funders to report to. Career centers, public agencies, and outplacement or HR teams running layoffs use it too. It is licensed to organizations, not sold as a consumer resume app.

Does RS Works replace career counselors?

No. Resume and cover-letter prep come off the calendar so counselors can spend the hour on coaching, barriers, and employers. Staff still review output and work with the people who need a human in the room.

What results have organizations seen with RS Works?

Year Up United cut resume-prep time by 75% and raised employer satisfaction with candidate materials from 33% to 85% while serving 4,000+ students a year. Baltimore's Mayor's Office of Employment Development has used RS Works for 3+ years, about 1,000 jobseekers a year, with an 86% completion rate. Partner programs have also reported a lift in full-time placements. We will walk through what is realistic for your caseload on a demo.

Where does participant data go?

No participant personally identifiable information is sent to third-party AI models. Program staff see activity for the people they serve. We complete security reviews with partners, including organizations that serve sensitive populations. For subprocessors, a data processing addendum, or a current security packet, email hello@rsworks.app.

Does it work with our WIOA case management system?

Yes. RS Works connects to WIOA case management systems including WorkforceOne, ETO, and ServicePoint, so participant activity can flow into the systems your program already runs. Timeline depends on the integration you need. Programs that only need participant access can move faster.

How much does RS Works cost?

We price by seats and how many people you need to support. Small programs are usually in the low thousands per year. There is no public checkout. Talk to us and we will quote your program.

How long does implementation take?

Most organizations are live in one to two weeks, including setup, staff training, and participant access. Public agencies that need a security review or a case-management integration should plan that work with IT before kickoff. We scope that timeline with you.

Ready to scale career services without adding FTE?

Year Up United, Goodwill, NPower, and Baltimore's Mayor's Office of Employment Development already put this on counselors' desks. Download the AI risk checklist, or book a demo and we will map it to your caseload and reporting.
